🍪 Ordering & Preorders
How far in advance should I place my order?
Most menu items are available through our weekly preorder system, while custom orders may require additional notice depending on size and complexity.
When do preorders close?
Weekly preorders close every Friday at 5:00 PM.
Why don't you keep items in stock?
Every order is baked fresh in small batches specifically for our customers. This helps ensure freshness and quality.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Changes may be accommodated before production begins. Contact us as soon as possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
Because ingredients are purchased specifically for each order, cancellations and refunds may be limited once production has begun.
🚗 Pickup & Delivery
Where are you located?
Reina & Co. Bakehouse is a home-based bakery located in Allen, Texas.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery throughout Allen, McKinney, Plano, and select surrounding DFW communities.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes. A $40 minimum order is required for delivery.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders are available for pickup or delivery on Saturdays and Sundays.
🎂 Custom Orders
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We accept custom orders for birthdays, celebrations, corporate events, teacher gifts, and special occasions.
Can I request a flavor not currently on the menu?
Sometimes! Seasonal and retired flavors may be available as custom orders depending on availability.
How much notice do custom orders require?
Lead times vary depending on the size and complexity of the order, however, we appreciate at least 1-2 weeks before event.
How do custom order payments work?
Custom orders may require a deposit or full payment to reserve your date.

How should I store my treats?
Storage instructions are included with each order to ensure maximum freshness.
Do I need to refrigerate my treats?
Most cookies can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container. Products containing cream cheese frosting, cheesecake fillings, or fresh fruit should be refrigerated.
How long do your desserts stay fresh?
Most cookies are best enjoyed within 2–3 days. Cinnamon rolls are best the day of pickup or the following day.
Do you accommodate food allergies?
All products are prepared in a home kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other available checkout methods.
