We bake fresh in small batches and everything is made-to-order with intention. Here’s everything you need to know about preorders, pickup, and delivery with Reina & Co. Bakehouse.

How Preorders Work

At Reina & Co. Bakehouse, every treat is baked fresh just for you.

We open preorders for our weekly bake days, prepare ingredients to match the orders we receive, and bake everything in cozy, small batches. This helps us keep quality high, reduce waste, and give you the freshest possible goodies.

Once your order is placed, you’ll choose pickup or delivery on one of our bake days, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Freshness, Storage & Reheating

Cookies

• Best within 2–3 days
• Store in an airtight container at room temperature
• To warm: bake at 300°F for 3–5 minutes or microwave briefly

Cinnamon Rolls

• Best enjoyed the day of or next day
• Store covered; refrigerate if keeping longer
• To warm: bake at 300°F for 5–7 minutes or microwave 10–15 seconds

Banana Pudding

• Keep refrigerated at all times
• Best within 2–3 days of pickup
• Serve chilled, no reheating needed, just grab a spoon and enjoy ✨

Pickup & Delivery Basics

Pickup Days 📅

Our pickup days are Tuesday & Friday.

You’ll choose your pickup date at checkout, and your confirmation email will include the exact pickup time and address in Allen, TX.

Saturday availability is reserved for custom events and special orders only and is subject to approval.

Pickup Location

We are a home-based bakehouse in Allen, Texas.

For privacy and safety, the full address is shared in your order confirmation email after checkout.

Delivery Available

Yes! We deliver sweet treats straight to your door.

  • Delivery radius: within 20 miles of 75013
  • Delivery: Friday only
  • Pickup: Tuesdays & Fridays
  • You’ll receive a text/notification when your order is on the way.
Minimum Order for Delivery

To qualify for delivery, we require a $40 minimum order before tax and discounts.

Pickup orders do not have a minimum.

Delivery Fee

Our current launch special is a $12 flat delivery fee within our 20-mile radius.

This helps cover time, gas, and keeping your treats safe and cozy on the way to you.

Order Deadlines & Changes

Order Deadlines

To keep everything fresh and organized, we use simple cutoff times:

For Tuesday pickup: order by Sunday at 6 PM

For Friday pickup/delivery: order by Wednesday at 6 PM

Orders placed after the cutoff will roll into the next available bake day.

Can I change my order?

Life happens, we get it!

You can request changes to your order (items, pickup vs. delivery, etc.) up to 24 hours before your bake day.

To request a change, email us at hello@rcobakehouse.com with your order number + requested update.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because everything is baked to order and ingredients are purchased specifically for your preorder:

• Orders canceled more than 24 hours before your bake day may be eligible for a refund or store credit.
• Orders canceled within 24 hours of your bake day may not be refundable once we’ve begun prep and baking.

Policy

Custom orders and event catering are subject to availability and require advance notice.

• Submitting a custom event request does not guarantee availability

• Orders are confirmed only after review and a custom invoice is sent

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your date

• Large orders may require a minimum spend and lead time

We reserve the right to decline requests based on capacity, timing, or logistics.

Saturday availability is reserved for custom events and special orders only and is subject to approval.

Custom Order Lead Times

• Small custom orders: minimum 7 days’ notice

• Large events (50+ guests): 2–3 weeks’ notice recommended

Short-notice requests may incur a rush fee or may not be accepted.

Payment for Custom Orders

Custom event orders are invoiced separately. Full payment (or deposit, if applicable) is required before baking begins.

Event Delivery

Event delivery is available within our delivery radius and may require an additional fee depending on size and setup needs.

Handling Large Orders

Once delivered or picked up, responsibility for proper storage and handling transfers to the customer. We recommend refrigeration for pudding items and limited exposure to heat for cookies and rolls.

What Happens After I Submit a Custom Request?
  1. Submit your custom event request
  2. We review availability and details within 1–2 business days
  3. If accepted, you’ll receive a custom invoice
  4. Once paid, your date is officially reserved 🎉
